The next time you visit, go to My Account and sign in before you begin shopping for immediate access to all your information.

You will always have the option to change your account information whenever you wish.

Even though we encourage you to register, it isn't required to order from Payless.com®.

Sign In

If you're registered, we encourage you to Sign In on My Account every time you shop Payless.com®. This gives you access to your last Shopping Bag, Account Information and enables you to checkout quickly.

Password Help

Forgot your Password? We offer a password hint when you Sign In on My Account or at the beginning of the checkout process.

To keep your information secure, our Customer Service Representative cannot access your password. If you are unable to determine your password, you can have your password emailed to you by clicking on the link in My Account .

You also have the option to change your password on My Account whenever you want.

Managing Account Info

To change any of your account information, click on My Account and Sign In. There, you will be able to change every piece of information we have saved for you including all shipping and billing address information, preferred payment method and your preferences regarding receiving Payless.com® emails.
