To use a Gift Card to pay for an online order or to pay for a portion of an online order, enter the 19-digit number found on the back of the card. Note, it is not necessary to add spaces or hyphens.

Buying Gift Cards

Looking for a Gift? A Payless ShoeSource Gift Card is always a perfect fit! Cards can be purchased online in $10, $15, $20, $25, $50 and $100 dollar amounts and can be redeemed at Payless.com® or at any U.S. Payless ShoeSource® store. You determine the value of the Gift Card and once purchased we assign that value to the unique number on your Gift Card. The card value can be used just like cash until the value equals zero.

Gift Cards purchased will be delivered via standard ground delivery only and will be received within 2 to 7 days. You will not be charged shipping or handling fees for Gift Cards purchased online. If you are also purchasing product online and wish to have it delivered via FREE In-Store Delivery; you will need to make two transactions, one for your products and a separate one for your Gift Card purchase. If you are shipping your product order via 2-day or overnight delivery, you can include your Gift Card on the transaction but note that it will be shipped separately via standard ground delivery.

If you want to purchase product and send it as a gift, you can do so easily at either Payless.com® or our Payless stores. Watch the home page for special occasion and holiday ideas. By a quick edit of your shipping address, you can send any individual order to a shipping address of your choice. We are limited to one shipping address per order.

We do not offer gift-wrapping or gift receipts at Payless.com®.
