Cleats
Our all-purpose cleats, including Spalding® brand cleats, are suitable for soccer or baseball. Available in men's, boys' and girls' sizes, our cleats feature:

  • Extended toe cap
  • Padded collar
  • Reinforced heel for stability
  • Riveted outsole for durability
  • Cushioned insole for shock absorption
  • No toe cleat (suitable for youth soccer)
  • Non-metal cleat construction

Shoe Care

We have suggested tips on daily shoe care to help you keep your new shoes looking their best. At this time, we do not offer shoe care items online, but you can purchase a variety of shoe care items like Payless® Rain & Stain Guard, Payless® Instant Shine Sponge and Payless® Athletic Shoe Cleaner in our stores.

Manmade Materials

  • Wipe dirt and dust off with a clean, dry cloth.
  • If soiled, clean upper with a soft sponge and water.
  • We recommend using Payless® Instant Shine Sponge for a quick, dust-free shine.
  • Payless® Athletic Shoe Cleaner instantly cleans vinyl, nylon mesh and rubber.

Leather Materials

Smooth Leather

  • Clean upper with a damp sponge.
  • Do not use a wet sponge as too much water may alter the shade of the leather.
  • Applying our Rain & Stain Guard before you wear the shoe, protects the leather from water, stains and dirt.
  • Use our Instant Shine Sponge for a quick, dust-free shine.
  • Our Athletic Shoe Cleaner instantly cleans leather.
  • If necessary, apply our wax based shoe polish for an instant no buff shine.

Suede

  • Use a brush to loosen and remove dirt from suede upper.
  • Do not polish as polishing will ruin the nap of the suede.
  • Applying our Rain & Stain Guard before you wear the shoe, protects the suede from water, stains and dirt.

Fabrics

Canvas and Mesh Materials

  • Clean upper material with a damp sponge.
  • Recommend testing in small, inconspicuous area to ensure fabric is color fast.
  • Applying our Rain & Stain Guard before you wear the shoe provides an invisible coating that seals out water, stains and dirt from the canvas material.
  • Our Athletic Shoe Cleaner instantly cleans canvas and mesh.

Velvet

  • Clean velvet with a dry cloth only. Water will ruin the nap of the material. Rub gently to loosen dirt.

All Other Fabrics

  • Clean upper material with a dry cloth or damp sponge.
  • Test in small, inconspicuous area to ensure fabric is color fast.
  • If uncertain, clean upper material with only a dry cloth and rub gently to loosen dirt.
  • Apply our Rain & Stain Guard before you wear the shoe to provide an invisible coating that seals out water, stains and dirt from the fabric. It's safe for all colors -- won't darken or change color.

Quality Assurance Program

Our footwear manufacturing experts contract out the crafting of our shoes in more than 100 factories worldwide. We specify the style, materials, construction method, and quality standards for safety, fit, and durability. And to ensure your comfort, we have worked with a leading podiatrist to build patented comfort features into many of our shoes. All materials that go into our shoes are inspected, and we put samples of finished shoes through "torture tests" to make sure they meet our standards, and yours.

In spite of all that we do to ensure quality, sometimes the demands of real life "torture tests" exceed all the stress testing we can manage to put on a shoe. When this happens, above all we want to make it right for you, our valued customer. If the quality of our shoe does not meet your expectation, simply return it to any one of our over 4,500 Payless ShoeSource® stores, where we'll refund the original purchase price of the shoe.

If instead you wish to mail the shoe to us here at Payless.com®, we will refund the original purchase price, sales tax, and original shipping charge.
