safeTstep.com and Payless.com offers FREE In-Store delivery to any one of our over 4,200 Payless ShoeSource stores. We offer flat rate shipping on Standard, Expedited and Rush delivery. We use the following shipping carriers: The United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Payless ShoeSource (PSS).
Delivery services and carriers vary by destination. Our shipping system will automatically select the best delivery carrier based on your location and delivery service.

You may have your purchase charged to you at one address and have it delivered to another address. However, we are unable to ship to more than one address per order at this time. If you're worried that you don't have a secure place for package delivery, you may consider having your package delivered to your place of business or to the Payless ShoeSource store of your choice.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We are unable to provide delivery to shipping addresses (other than to APO or FPO addresses) or to our store locations outside the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Please visit our Store Locator to locate one of our stores nearest you.

Delivery Days and Holidays
Delivery for Standard, Expedited and Rush service occurs on regular business days (Monday through Friday), excluding the carrier's published holidays (listed below). Saturday delivery may occur on orders shipped via the United States Postal Service.

A $10.00 surcharge per order applies to all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Your shipping and handling fees will be totaled in your Shopping Bag before you check out.
Free In-Store Delivery*
Pay no shipping and handling charges when you pick up your online purchase at any of our Payless ShoeSource stores nationwide.
Select Ship FREE to a Payless ShoeSource Store Near You under Ship To during the checkout process. Our Store Finder will help you select the store nearest you.
Your order will arrive 14 – 17 days after it leaves our warehouse. Please allow additional days for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up at your chosen Payless store.
If you don't pick up your order, we'll try again to contact you. If your order is not picked up within 60 days of its arrive in the store, we will make the merchandise available for sale to other customers and apply a refund to the credit card used to make the purchase.
*A $10 surcharge applies to orders shipped to stores in Alaska and Hawaii.
Order Status & Tracking
When you place an order on Payless.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, contact Customer Service. Once your order has been filled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will include your tracking number. If you opted for free in-store delivery, you will receive an email when your order has arrived at your chosen Payless store.
Tracking Your Order
If your package was shipped via UPS, you can track your order on their websites (www.ups.com) using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.
