How to place an order

When you are ready to complete your purchase, select Checkout from your Shopping Bag and follow these steps to place your order: Account Shoppers

If you already have a account, log in for quick & easy checkout. All of your saved information will be filled in automatically. Simply review your order and place your order!

Guest Shoppers

If you do not have a account, you can proceed to checkout as a guest without having to create an account. Enter your email, shipping, billing and payment information, then review and complete your order. You will be given the opportunity to create an account during checkout or save time now and create an account.

Order & Shipment Confirmations

You will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number - which you can use this to track your order. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which item/items have been sent.

Payment Methods accepts many different forms of payment including bank debit accounts and credit cards.
American Express
Currently we do not accept checks, cash, credit vouchers or international credit cards. The credit card you specify during the checkout process will be charged when your order is shipped. You must enter your name, address and zip code exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please note that the billing address must be a valid U.S. address. This information is used as a part of the validation of your credit card. It's important that you include your phone number and email address in case we need to contact you about your order.

Redeeming Gift Cards or Merchandise Credits

Unfortunately, we are unable to redeem U.S. and Canada issued gift cards or merchandise credits.
As part of the Payless bankruptcy liquidation filed on February 17, 2019 in the U.S. and Canada, gift cards and merchandise credits can no longer be redeemed and were devalued as of March 11, 2019, per U.S. Bankruptcy court order.
