Making returns with Payless is easy! Return or exchange your online purchase at any Payless store across the country or by mail. Just keep your receipt and follow the instructions provided!
Here’s how refunds work:
- Credit Card Purchases
…are refunded to the same credit card you used to make the purchase. Items must be returned within six months from date of purchase. After six months, we’ll refund you with a Payless gift card. - Gift Card Purchases
…are refunded to the same gift card you used to make the purchase. Don’t have that gift card anymore? We’ll issue a new one! - PayPal Purchases
Please return your purchase by mail in order to get your refund credited to your PayPal account.
If returning at a Payless store, you’ll receive your refund as a gift card.
