Order Confirmation
When you place an order on Payless.com, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email, please contact Customer Service. Once your order has been filled, you will then receive a Shipping Notification email.

Tracking Your Order
If your package was shipped via UPS, you can track your order on their website (http://www.ups.com) using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email. If your package was shipped via FedEx, you can track your order on their website (http://www.fedex.com/us/) using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification email.
