Payless.com Returns

Need to return an item(s) to us? You can return Payless product for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date and receive a full refund for the purchase price, plus applicable sales tax.

Please return your item(s) in the original packaging.

Simply print and complete the Return form here and include it with your return. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process your return and credit your original form of payment.

You can ship your return to Payless.com using the U.S. carrier of your choice, tracking is recommended and can be provided by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
You will need to pay for the shipping of your return item(s) back to Payless.com.

If your return is a gift the refund will be credited to the card that was used to make the purchase and must also include the completed Return form found here.

Problem with your item(s) and need to exchange it for another one? You can exchange Payless product for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Follow the instructions for returns. You will receive a credit for the purchase price and applicable sales tax on your original form of payment in 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping FAQ

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours from the order request date. Your order ships pending order verification and credit card approval. PAYLESS US ships products to domestic US addresses only. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time will be processed the next business day.

Orders ship Monday – Friday. Orders are not shipped on holidays.

Please Note: All orders placed Friday after 2pm Eastern Time through Sunday, midnight Eastern Time will ship Monday, unless otherwise indicated.
Your order may be divided into multiple shipments in order to deliver as quickly as possible. There will only be one shipping charge, if applicable to your order, regardless of the number of shipments used.
Delivery services and carriers vary by destination. Our shipping system automatically selects the best delivery carrier based on your location and delivery service.
