Payless Family and Affiliates

We share information across Payless, Inc. and we may use servers and resources of other members of the group to process your data. We comply with the US Department of Commerce's Safe Harbor scheme to cover the transfer of data to the US from the European Union and Switzerland. Payless ShoeSource Inc. has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement. When you provide us with your personal data, you acknowledge that this information may be stored and processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area ('EEA') and you consent to your personal data being exported outside the EEA and being stored and processed at our discretion on any of Payless' servers wherever located.

In the unlikely event that you still have an unresolved issue after we have looked into any complaint, if your data was transferred to the US from the European Union or Switzerland under the Safe Harbor scheme you may also contact our dispute resolution service, operated by NIPC an independent arbitration service based in Europe.
